Mail fun!!

  We just wrapped up another round of Secret Pal and I had the nicest pal this go around. She was really good about emailing and we got to know each other a bit through the three months and she is great! Go visit her at www.jennycoomer.blogspot.com. She is crafty car racing lovin' sweet gal. Look what I got in the mail yesterday- First off, she sent via Amazon a copy of Mason Dixon knitting which, if you dont have , you should! I got that about two weeks ago and have not been able to put it down! She has apparently been pretty busy lately- reading my mind because this package was so perfect!

I have been fantasizing about knitting socks and she sent the best sock yarn- my first! The pink yarn is yummy and I know I just saw that somewhere and loved it so it was funny to have it show up at my door!  The little journal is actually a "I made this" journal where you keep track of all your projects you make. I have never seen anything like that- what a great idea! My favorite though, was that beautiful M she sent. I think she probably made it. It is great colors and I love the size and shape of the M. Thank you thank you Jenny!  I love it all!

Wow. Thanks for the glowing post, Mo. It's so nice to see the stuff I put together at your house. Yes, I made the letter. I'm very glad you liked it. I was going to cover it in fabric but I wasn't liking how that was working. Since I had some pretty paper I thought I'd try some decoupage and that really came together once I added the ribbon and buttons. I'm very pleased to know that you like it. I'm glad you like it all and I hope you enjoy the MD book. It's so addictive!
